Product Description:

FeSi alloy material has excellent DC superposition characteristics; Strong energy storage capacity; High saturation magnetic induction; Good corrosion resistance (corrosion resistant soft magnetic stainless steel series); Good stability at - 30 ~ 200 ℃. It is mainly used in high current power inductor, PFC circuit inductor, smooth choke, DC / DC converter and other fields.


FeSiAl alloy, also known as Sendaist alloy, is a soft magnetic alloy composed of Fe-9.6si-5.4Al. In this composition, the magnetostrictive coefficient and magnetic anisotropy constant of the alloy tend to zero almost at the same time, and it has high permeability ,low coercivity, high resistivity and good wear resistance. Therefore, it is ideal as the magnetic head core material. The magnetoelectric performance of magnetic particle core mainly depends on the permeability of powder material, size and shape of powder, filling coefficient, content of insulating medium, forming pressure and heat treatment process. FeSiAl alloy has good DC superposition characteristics, low power loss, can be continuously  used at high temperature and no failure problem; Working above 24 ℃ has negative inductance coefficient. It is widely used in inductors in switching power supply (SMPS), PFC circuit inductors, filter inductors, pulse transformers and single-ended flyback transformers, microwave absorbing materials and electromagnetic wave shielding materials, etc.


FeNi50 alloy has high saturated magnetic flux density and is not easy to be saturated; Excellent DC superposition characteristics; Strong energy storage capacity; It can be used continuously at high temperature without failure; Good temperature stability. It is mainly used in inductors, pulse transformers and flyback transformers, high-frequency active PFC inductors, filter inductors, etc. in switching power supply (SMPS).


FeCoNi magnetic powder has high magnetic induction strength, high permeability, low remanence, low coercivity, high Curie point and large transmission torque, and it also has good heat resistance, wear resistance, thermal conductivity and chemical stability. Therefore, FeCoNi magnetic powder is widely used in clutch, brake, brake, accelerator, reducer and other fields.
